Life Coaching differs from therapy in that it looks at you and your future with a sense of unlimited possibility. The relationship you build with your coach holds you accountable to your goals so that you will immediately begin to see changes in the circumstances of your life.
How does it work?
With over 800 hours of one-on-one coaching experience, Megan Jo Wilson, CPCC has empowered dozens of individuals to lose weight, get in shape, transition into new careers, organize travel adventures, launch successful businesses, complete artistic projects, mend and strengthen relationships, and reclaim their most powerful and authentic selves. Megan Jo is a trained and certified Co-Active Coach through the prestigious Coaches Training Institute of California, and is a graduate of their Co-Active Leadership Program. During your free consultation, Megan Jo will answer your questions about coaching and help you determine the focus of your coaching relationship. Clients will then typically schedule sessions with Megan Jo 3 times a month for 3 – 6 months.
